Don't waste your time. I felt very ignored and mugged off by the guy I was working with not the sales guy but the finance guy. Couldn't even tell me when the last transmission service was done on the vehicle I looked at. One of the cars I test drove smelt of cigarette smoke. Still getting calls and emails from this place after the bad experience. Go somewhere else.

Dont buy a new car from this place family recently bought a car and only on the 4th payment and they cant fix the car cuz nobody is smart enough at this place to do there job have a lawyer on stand buy if u deal with these guys expecially kenny cuz nobody in this place needs a job and should be fired

My Son bought a used Diesel truck from this establishment it was a dodge a fairly newer heavy duty truck with low miles. Had the truck less than a week it started having transmission problems they told him to pack sand and get a lawyer. Hope this outfit goes under the place he's having the transmission done said they had to know the truck had transmission problems. They are worthless and will not stand behind what they sell like I said they need to go out of business as far as I'm concerned.

Kenny Patrick was amazing! He was our rep through the whole process of our truck repair. He kept us updated throughout the process and was respectful and quick to respond to my husband's 100 questions. Definitely made the entire process a lot less stressful and that is appreciated.

Excellent Service Department. My F350 had a leaky axle seal and i first took it to a small shop in Morgantown where they stripped the lug nut and walked away. chris G is a top notch Ford/Powerstroke Mechanic! He not only repaired by rear axle seal after getting through the difficult job of taking the spacer off, but he replaced my cold side charge tube, replaced my break pads and knocked out 3 recalls in a single day. Ive taken three trucks here for service and was always please with the communication and work performed.

I have driven Ford's for over 30 years and have bought and serviced from many dealers. This Martinsville dealership is absolutely the worst I have encountered. Service is rude and disjointed. They have lost me keys and not been able to even find my truck after routine service. I had my engine light come on last week * 2021 King Ranch * and stopped by to make an appointment and was told they were too busy right now and short handed and to come back another day to make an evaluation appointment. I'm done with them. Hell, I may just buy a Chevy !!!

They understand what needed to be done, and fix it right, after 3 years of experience of the Danville Illinois Ford dealership that didn't know how do there job or fixed the problem, so my experience is never take your vehicle to Danville Illinois Ford dealership
