Driven Fords for 30 years. This dealership’s service department is the most inept I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They absolutely do not care about you or taking care of your vehicle. I tried 3 times to get 1 single thing fixed. 0 for 3. I’m done.

Took our car to get the oil changed a while back. They brought out the air filter showing it should be replaced as well. I asked how much that would cost. They said it would be an additional $20 just for the labor. I told them forget it, put the old one back in and I will replace it myself. So basically, the extra labor to check would have been the same to replace it but wanted to charge me for that. Also, there was a problem with the Ford Pass system. I worked with support over the phone and said that it needed to be taken in and reprogrammed, as we cannot get i t to come out of upgrade mode, so the phone app is useless. We took it in, and they charged us $150 to do that. Guess what it didn't work, and we are now out the money for them to not even fix it. Won't be back there.Services: Electrical repair

The sales team will act all chill and relaxed but when they get you back to the loan service officer after you get agreed upon numbers they will rush thru the massive amount of paperwork. after being at the dealership for hours and they rushing thru what you think is the numbers you just agreed upon. Then they start getting you to sign additional upcharges without you realizing it, and will even use terms like I'm giving you.. This place is snakes. The service department is also a joke. Took my truck in to have a bed cover installed and they completely did the brackets wrong so it wasn't level by any means making it extremely difficult to slide open. This lead me to redoing it myself as a disabled veteran with severe spinal issues. The whole dealership is a joke, I see what the Ford CEO was talking about by dealerships sneaking in upcharges. This is definitely one of them

Raymond the car salesman was the worst car salesman I've ever dealt with. My fiancé and I buy 4+ brand new vehicles a year and I will never come back here or refer anyone here ever again!

i bought a Challenger at this place and i made an offer that i repeated several times during the process that my offer was to include Tax, Title , and License. And they said no problem, offer excepted. I asked the guy doing the paper work , no problem we got you covered. I also was told the title would come to me in the mail. Yep the title did in the name of the seller, not in my name. I had to go to the DMV and pay for the title and registration that they Ray Skillman Ford said no problem we have you covered. 301 dollars. Sad a company this size has to miss lead a customer over 300 bucks. I complained and all i got was the run around no refund. Also the car was supposedly been through a complete check and oil change etc,, I drove it home and checked the oil and it was 1 quart over full. I just can not recommend this dealer as they must be about to go under, or inconsiderate people are selling and possibly morons are doing the inspections and maintenance. I will never go back. Over 32000 spent and absolutely no respect for there customers after they have there money. Before you would have thought i was family,,,,,,,,lol what a joke. Be ware folks theres a sucker every day like me. Dont join the club at this place.

I needed to get my oil changed and talked to Drew last night before closing and he got me right in! Dropped my car off this morning and they got it done within 25 minutes! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Drew answered all my questions I had! They were excellent!

They have had my truck for a week, poor communication, they promised a time for me to pick up and they haven't even started working on it. Not Happy at all.

We drove 2hrs one way to look at the 2016 Ford F250 that was listed on several websites as certified truck only to find out that it wasn't. Cliff could not give me the build date of the truck and only alluded to me buying an extended warranty, in addition to paying full price. We were ready to buy the truck but Cliff was more interested in getting out of there than giving us answers. He just wanted us to come back later! The dealer we did buy a certified truck from told us the build date in less then 30 seconds. We felt like Ray Skillman Ford wasted our time and as a result you lost the sale! Quit the false advertising!

Power steering went out around 5:00 on a Friday:perfect timing for a problem. Dropped car off at service department Saturday morning with Drew. As promised, he called Monday with status and ordered needed part. Part delayed until afternoon resulting in delay on repair. I was to pick up car by 1:00 Tuesday. Drew called a little after 8:00 am to tell me mechanic came in early and car ready to be picked up. Very impressed with the way Drew kept me updated on status of repair and definitely recommend service department and visit dealership when it's time to replace my car.

Great people! Honestly I'll say I hate going to dealerships and after my experience with hubler I was fed up with car salesman in general. After finding the vehicle I wanted online and my wife pushing me to go in I was amazed with how easy and nice they were at this particular location! They do give a fair price on trades and they definitely will help u any way they can. Only reason they don't get 5stars from me is bc they claimed the vehicle I wanted was to high miles and wouldn't even try to finance it threw any of there places. Was hard I made a phone call and had it approved myself

Over the course of 15 minutes, I found no less than 5 vehicles on the website that were incorrectly listing the transmission on a vehicle. All listed some variation of "Manual" but every one clearly showed an automatic in the pictures. I'm sure there are more, but after finding 5 in such a short time, I decided to stop wasting my time. I don't trust a car lot that can't even keep the major features of its inventory straight. This isn't a small thing like forgetting heated seats, or having a slightly different color of trim. This is a major component of the vehicle. Sale lost, guys and gals. Do better.

Worst place ever for customer service! I just moved to Martinsville And decided to try them out after reading there business statement online. They have a thing on there website that allowes you to see how much your trade is worth I used that because I knew I owed $3800 on my trade and seen that it was worth enough to pay it off and still give me about $500 to add to a down payment well that is a lie on there website also they say they are committed to there customers and after running my credit 15 times adding hard inquiries to my report and barley hearing back from them like they forgot about me i had to message them asking for updates and everything else they never took the time to call me or email me back I was talking to them since last Wednesday and just got a call today saying if you want to come in and look at a new car you can cause you are upside down on you're truck when they only offered $500 for my 2006 trade In, I would recommend staying away from this company that they are scum bags and don't care about the customers they just care about making money so once again beware of this place and shop around go somewhere else that actually shows some concerns with customer service cause these people do not!!!!

My wife and I recently visited this location in search of a new or good used car. We thought like any dealership that professionalism just goes without saying. I have to admit that they were very good at the run-around game. There really wasn't any straight answers. They had us come out twice, and we have yet to get a difinitive answer. I would at least think that a straight answer would be the very last thing you would have to fish for. We were there for around two hours, and at the end of that time we had gotten no further than when we came in. And to put the topper on it, the guy who was helping us ended the meeting with a cold handshake. So, if headed to this location all we can say is good luck.

Went here last Saturday and I will say that Aj our salesperson was great very polite very professional great job! Now the finance guy, Moe, mutt or Jeff was a total douchbag. He had told my friend that he was able to buy a vehicle and that they were all good. So I left him there only to get a call half hour later saying oooops he needs someone to consign. Now this is a hard working young man trying to build his credit. That's the reason I had asked if he was approved and good to go. Very unprofessional and asked some of the dumbest questions I have ever heard. I would avoid this place like the plague!!!!

High prices, bad service, what's not to love? This place had always been one of my least favorite Ford dealers before the change to ray skillman, but I decided to give them another chance because it was under new management. Unfortunately not much has changed. Although it certainly looks nicer on the inside, they still offer the same bad service & high prices one tends to get in many small town dealers & businesses these days. If it wasn't for customers not paying attention to what they are getting, these guys would probably be out of business.
