I visited the Martinsville, IN O'Reilly's store today because one of my plastic license plate bolts had broken off, my plate was being held in place by a mini-bungee cord and blue painter's tape. I was the talk of the town. The manager of the store took it upon himself to make sure the old, damaged bolt was properly removed, and the new plate holder correctly installed. He treated me with the greatest courtesy and very best customer service. I will only patronize this store from now on. It's wonderful to get great customer service these days. It's a beautiful thing.
