“Dillon and Cory are great workers. Both worked with me for around an hour with an issue I had, and while doing so, both were polite and professional while they helped me work through the problem. Sadly, the problem persisted, so they recommended I come back later when the customer service line was open, as it was down, so that they could better help me. Upon coming back, I met the DM for this location, Heath. Neither Dillon nor Cory were present, but Heath heard my concern, got caught up on the situation, and helped me work through the issue. This store and workers are great and have shown themselves to go above and beyond.”

“Very helpful and caring! They are very easy to communicate with and work with. If there’s ever an issue it gets resolved fast! I found a washer and dryer set that I absolutely am in love with and they were able to hunt it down and get it to the store for me fast I had it in less than a week! Super happy with American Rental we have been using them for years and will continue to use them over any other rental place! Best rental experience by far and they treat you like family delivery people are fast and friendly, staff and manager are extremely helpful and polite as well! Hands down the best place to rent from!”
