If you need assistance with anything towing related - call Nikki and the folks there. They helped us with towing our vehicle after a major accident near Martinsville and she could not have been more caring, helpful, etc. And even chatting with her days later about getting insurance to pickup the car, etc. - super, super pleasant and helpful. If I ever need towing assistance again in this area - they will be my first and only call. Thanks so much.

My mom told her/them the key was in the driver seat under the cushion. Yet this lady didnt put my mom's van in neutral or even get in it to get the key! An then proceeded to drag her vehicle onto the flat bad. I should have went out and said something.. I knew she didn't know what the hell she was doing! I do not recommed hiring this company. There's tire marks in the street.

These guys treated with the utmost respect and they are all good at the job they do and they are great people makes me want to move up north just for that fact alone great towing company allowed me to get all my belongings it was all there plus they actually bought my car off of me granted it was super cheap but the thing had blown up so I was great full that they purchased it paid for the trip and then some I love the people at across town towing and I'm from paoli indiana so that says a lot

Never want to tow a vehicle, needed a tow and they were drinking and quoted me a price 3 times more than what I got it towed for. Used them all the time, but NEVER again!
