Terrible experience. 2 pieces of our furniture got ruined and got a huge dent in our main living room wall in our brand new house. All My Sons is also not being responsive about any of the issues or offering to provide resolution. Also got charged over $1k to move one small apartment- only a couch, two beds, two dressers, a bedside table, a rug, and ONE box. There were 3 movers. They could've probably gotten it all done pretty quickly (we were quoted 3 hours max) but somehow they racked up 6+ hours? Makes no sense. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!! :(

They are dishonest. Chris the manager defrauded me out of nearly $200.00 for a moving job which never occurred. He repeatedly said that I would not be charged and billed my credit card anyway. In my opinion they are fraudulent , dishonest and unprofessional.

Had a move set up with them. Initially they were very responsive to get the business and then the nightmare started. The movers damaged the dry wall in three areas and one of the area they dropped the dresser on the drywall and made hole in the dry wall. They asked me to put in a claim in and they have do it in written and then submitted with pictures. They also want me to submit all the paperwork I signed with their company which they already have. You can never get anyone on the phone and if they come on the phone they are rude and condescending. Basically they have hired assholes who act like they are doing us a favor. I got a quote and the repair for the drywall and paint match was 400 $ and they say that they can't honor a quote from others but they have up to 30 days to respond. They also say that people routinely cheat them and so they won't pay if we fix it before they review. They also don't have anyone they can send for repair as they have no one .only choice is to wait for them to go through the claims process and they will come with a estimate that we have to accept. They have yet to full fill the claim and maybe now that I have posted a negative review they may not fill at all. Just be aware that they are not at all easy to deal with .

*DO NOT HIRE THEM*The only reason I gave them a 1star is that was the only option to use. Movers showed up an hour and a half after time frame that was given. Broke 2 legs of my China hutch. Dropped multiple pieces of my furniture. My headboard is all scratched up. One of my dresser drawers has a chunk missing from the edge. I was quoted a 2 hr window for the amount of furniture I provided them with. My balance was double that amount. Spoke to EJ, the so called owner during the moving process about how bad the guys were doing, he said he talk to me about pricing after everything was said and done and would take care of it, but only took $100 off and told me to file a claim. This was such a disappointment and such a disaster of an experience.I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. stay clear away if you value your belongings.

Gage and his team were amazing! I saw so many negative reviews but I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Showed up on time, wrapped and protected all of my belongings; they were so patient with me figuring out where everything needed to go as they brought it in. They were all polite and professional! Give them a chance...

This was unfortunately the worst experience from start to finish. They under-quoted the estimate by $1k and also the truck they ordered did not fit everything so we had to urgently pick up a separate u-haul trailer to get everything else. Floors and furniture were damaged during the move, the team did not re-assemble any of the furniture apart from our son's crib, couches were left in complete disarray, and furniture was kept plastic wrapped and taped. When I reached out afterwards to express my disappointment, not one person reached out to discuss with me. Instead, I received a generic claims request form. I have yet to submit the claims request but I am not optimistic that it will be a smooth process. I truly hate going to these measures but how they're conducting their business is not okay. Hopefully this review saves someone else from making the same expensive mistake that we did.

If you were to every move DO NOT USE All my Sons Moving! The are terrible at communicating! They misquote and blame it on there scheduling center! They promise a discount and don't give it. The movers stated would move a couple items upstairs when done with other items. When asked and stated I was told they would move the items, they ran to truck and left. Didn't even let me see that the truck was empty. Called manager Sean who failed to return call or send movers back to complete job! I never received a receipt so no idea what I was charged for. I was told would be charged til 815 but movers gone by 750p. I have no idea if they credited that time. I had to move some heavy items by myself that they left in driveway. Poor service.

if I could give no stars, I would. Had to file a police report for a stolen Nintendo switch. they left trash(empty plastic bags and cardboard that they brought) in the old house we moved from. They offered to take my bedframe apart, move it and put it back together. Once they moved most pieces to the new house, they stated they had no time to put it together, when I asked for the hardware it was at the old house. when we went to retrieve the hardware from old house, less than half was found strewn about a room and we had to get replacement hardware. The most unprofessional experience of any moving company I have ever dealt with.

I had a mixed experience with AMS but the end of the day left me feeling very taken care of. Got a call saying that my move was delayed to 4/4:30 after having a window of 12-3. Annoying but fine. I check-in at 3 and make sure it's still on track - it is. 4:30 comes and goes and I don't hear anything...a few more calls from me later and they arrive at 6. Sean, the store manager, personally came to my place to make sure the move was on track and helped move items. He was professional and apologetic, noting that it was a day that when it rains, it pours. We all have those. He gave me a discount and kept his cool in a situation where quite frankly, I couldn't. Moving is stressful and he made an even more stressful situation less so. The movers themselves took a little while but as the last move of the day (ended at 10pm) I understand. All in all, AMS did a great job in a pretty crappy spot and I understand their hiccups throughout the day. I personally am giving 3 stars because of the way the situation was resolved in the end. For the (albeit discounted) price and situation I feel like they gave me good work.

I hired AMS to unload a small uhaul into a spot in a warehouse. It was literally an unload job and nothing else - General Manager Adam quoted me $179/hr for labor only with a two hour min- Adam said the team would arrive at 9am the day of the move - They showed up 8 hours late because Adam didn't submit the work order - They unloaded the truck in less than an hour charged me over $750, because they say there's a 17% fuel surcharge that applies to everyone (which nobody told me about) and they charge for travel time (which they told me wasn't the case over the phone) - I called everyone from the local branch to people at AMS national and got stonewalled by each one- I looked and found that this is a national chain who uses unfair and deceptive business practices to swindle people systematically- When I told them I'd take legal action for fraud, the welcomed the lawsuitWith that being said, I've lodged a complaint with a friend of mine at Morgan & Morgan (national litigation & class action firm), who said if 4 more people call in (it takes 15 mins to tell them) with the same story, they can file a class action suit against them. These people are awful, and I encourage anyone who experienced similar charges that weren't included in the quote, call that firm, alert the attorney general, and let BBB know. I've had it with losers like these exploiting people who are in the middle of something as expensive and stressful as a move.

Where to start... Upon arrival the lead was extremely agitated and was complaining about the move. Main concern was the size of the move compared to the resources he had (total 3 people for a 2-bedroom apartment). We called the main office to voice our concerns that it would take too long to complete as they were short on people, of course the longer it takes the more it costs us and the more the company makes. This is where the scam comes in, the move takes 3 times what it should, and they charge by the hour. During this entire move, I heard the F bomb more in one day than my entire life. Their attitudes were terrible, and they clearly did not want to do this move, extremely unprofessional and no experience with moving whatsoever. The amount of damage we received on both the new house and the furniture was unbelievable. I mean they were banging and throwing everything around and did not care one bit, as if they were intentionally doing it due to the fact, they were being forced to do the move short of people. Was promised discounts on fuel charges and time. Upon arrival at the new home none of these discounts were not applied and they threatened to leave with all our items and return to the office unless we paid. Wait not done yet, they were unable to fit all our items in the truck. Yes, a 2-bedroom apartment would not fit in a extremely large moving truck. They actual brought stuff back into the house and left it there. Total move time was over 10 hours, and it should of took, per estimate, 6 hours. So, you can imagine the bill at $2300 was a great surprise along with the threat of paying it or they were leaving. So unprofessional. They will scam you and create a very stressful situation. The company's professionalism and ethics is beyond repair, truly a costly and disappointing experience. What you receive vs their "Values" on their website are very different. All My Son's you should be embarrassed with your services.

I recently used All My Sons to move me for a move from the Southside of Indianapolis to Pendleton. After I saw one of the 3 movers dent the wall in my old place, I asked him to be more careful. After I witness him do it twice more I ask the supervisor to tell him to be more careful. When it came time to move my dining room table (which is less than 8 months old) the supervisor instructed the 2 movers to be very careful and only lift it from the table top not the legs. Once the 2 were outside the very same guy that dented my walls multiple times shifted to the table leg and snapped it off damaging it beyond repair. The supervisor called his boss and reported the incident and they immediately sent me a claim form. Once we arrived at my brand new house, I again instructed them to be very care. The very first thing they brought in was my entertain stand to which to sat to the hard wood floor and tried pushing it across the floor leaving a very deep and long gouge. Very careless. After I submitted the claim they offered me $90 for my damages. Avoid this company.

They arrived on time for a small move. David and Jamal were pleasant movers. They were fast and efficient. Nothing was broken during the move, but the cost of the move and the moving materials was exorbitant. It was more than what I was quoted.

I recently used All My Sons for a move locally. It was a nightmare! From them trying to strong-arm me into rescheduling (I had scheduled a month in advance), to a screaming match, to broken furniture, to charging me triple what they said on the phone. I am a 66 year old disabled lady who was used and abused by this company. DO NOT USE!!!! If you value your things and your sanity you will not call them!
