Ok tyler at the store is good but communication is not good with the company. I always pay my credit card them make my bill payment. And I did that this payday. And tried to pay my car payment with my credit card and got told they do not take credit cards any more and it changed a months ago. So they had me try to add my card to my cash app did not work had me try to hard it to Google wallet after calling around to my credit card company got it add but still would not take it on the end. And they would not even wait a week for me to get my check and make a double payment and going forward I know I can only use my debit card. And the shitty thing is I don't even have my car it been at the shop for 2 week. And the issue is wrong with the car has been going on since July and still not fixed.How did it 2 different shops?There weren'ty process in the shop they deal with or junk. I wish I would have never got my car through them. Is very very poor customer service. Gotta report in at the better business about it. It not right. They were the ones refusing to take my money. And on top of this with all the times I was messing with my credit card they canceled my credit card for fraud.

I went there last Friday and meet with Tyler. To my surprise I got approved and could choose from 3 different vehicles on the lot if I liked any of them. My credit score isn't very good so I wasn't expecting that. Well I choose the Chevrolet equinox and I noticed the message on the screen saying something about a tire sensor. I told Tyler and they took it to the shop and got it fixed! This is my favorite car . And the staff was very friendly especially Tyler. Everyone loves my new ride and asked where I got it from.. And the Chevy looks & drives like it's brand new. Oh and you get a two year warranty for 2 years with a low deductible. So if you're like me and my credit and looking for a vehicle. I highly recommend going there. Oh my down payment wasn't high either

I recently visited Superior while searching for a vehicle. Although they didn't have anything within my price range, I must emphasize how helpful the staff was. It was refreshing to experience such good customer service. If you need to use a buy-here-pay-here dealership, I would definitely recommend Superior. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, unlike many other dealerships in Marion.

Have had nothing but trouble from the start had a rewrite done once added 2000 to my loan now computer and timeing chain are going out only had car 2 years and all these problems and I can’t afford a rewrite and payments going up do not recommend
