Bought a truck and they told me the tailgate was stole off their lot and they have another. It's been twice the time that they quoted me and are not calling me back. Avoid Stan and this dealership.
Edit: Owner called me back and resolved issue in one day.

Recently traded in my Explorer and the service was excellent! Everyone from our Sales guy Jim, to the Sales Manager, and finishing up with Camille in Finance was so attentive and helpful! We were in and out in no time and absolutely LOVE my new ride!
