No hassles if I want to go thru my stuff by moving it outside the unit I don’t get harassed about it every time I need to look for something also they don’t make me put a lock on unit or carry insurance I don’t want or need

Low, mean nasty security, like my unit got broken into last night and I called the people that owned it to say something to them and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it that they would come out in the morning and check it out and when they did they wouldn't even let us see the tapes on who it was and then they turned it was nasty and said it was not their fault there's nothing they could do about it! I really advise you not to use this place

I rented from here and it is horrible. Their gate doesn't work, they dont keep the grounds clean, their kiosk is for crap. I called over 10 times trying to pay my bill and no one answered on Saturday. They say they are a 24 hour service yet no one answered my phone call. They dont send out invoices for your bills, they just tack on late fees. I try to use their kiosk but it never works and it never gives me my receipt when I pay. I would NOT reccomend renting from this place. There are so many other more secure, friendly places in this town to rent from.

Renting a unit now for over two years and never had a problem with the kiosk until today. The kiosk froze and tried calling them on a Saturday (10/6) and got no answer. May have to pay a late fee once the kiosk is fixed right.
