I have been out of my medication for days, due to their error, which they admitted to last week. Very difficult to get through. Very unprofessional techs (talking about nails and swearing while I'm on the line, blaming everyone else for the error, when I just want my medicine). Tried to get it figured out with the pharmacy manager who couldn't have cared any less, even though they messed up. My provider is also frustrated. They said each person you talk to gives them a different reason it won't go through or different way to proceed. You can't mess around with people's medications. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human, but then you need to fix it and not give everyone the runaround for days. We need a new pharmacy.

Techs are fast, helpful & cheerful (in spite of their massive workload!) Prices MUCH better than other places! (Why I switched.) Online site is pretty worthless but pharmacists/techs handle any issues quickly over the phone. Drive up line can be crazy long @ times, but if you just do something else & come back, it's invariably completely empty & you can zip right through.

By far the worst pharmacy in marion. Cvs, walmart, and Walgreens are so much better. Their review rating on here is 3. This bad review rating should be trusted. Meijer pharmacy is aweful.
