I can’t recommend them enough! We had a trailer tire blow late at night on the highway and they came right away and helped us out. They even fixed the trailer hub that was damaged. Great customer service!

Our truck broke down on the interstate and our call was to Losure’s Towing. If you ever need help in the Marion, In area, this is your company. They treat you like you are family. They took great care of us. All our thanks to Tim and Curtis. God bless.

Broke down just outside of Marion IN. Called a few. These guys showed up and went above and beyond my Expectations. Special thank you to Curtis. Took my truck to transmission place and then Took us to our motel room and dropped my utility trailer in the parking lot.

Truly the absolute best! My car completely broke down in the middle of the road late at night and they came within minutes. First tow truck couldn’t lift it so they brought out a second shortly after. Fast. Very reliable. Great service.

After my vehicle suddenly shut down while driving, I called one tow company who started it would be about 2 hours before they could get to me and were very rude in stating that my vehicle would have to be towed. I called Losures to see how long they would be. I was given an ETA of 20 minutes. They were there in less time. The driver jumped my vehicle double checked that nothing else was wrong and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. (4 days later I am still waiting for the other place to tell me they are on thier way)

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I wish I could give it 0 stars. For starters on two occasions I called well ahead of time to be sure they were open late because they say they are OPEN 24 hrs I got to talk to a female who indeed assured me I could get my vehicle. It had been in there a week so I called when I arrived which was late at night due to bus services and was told no I can't have it come back Tuesday. Excuse me? So after calming down I called back to verify how it's gonna cost me total to get it out come Tuesday and the guy on the phone says and I quote" Jesus Christ every time you call me it's 35 I'm adding on" then hung up on me. They are extortionists

The worst kinda business to deal with its crazy that they let crooks like this run a tow yard. you only see corruption like this in movies usually but not this time these people are real life thieves.

I was scheduled to get new tires last week. Yeah I had one more day of work down in Muncie Indiana. Tire let go on I 69 and I couldn’t get it to come off. Plus I could not get my spare off. After calling them for service, they arrived in a timely manner, took care of my problem. Cannot ask for a better people. I’m very critical on customer service being it, that I own my own business and I give them five stars all the way.Service: Tire change

Had a breakdown occurance on my way to work. While it would have made sense for my insurance to contract these folks for my tow they did not and I was aware of no issue from the property owner. Having left my vehicle there for several hours until around 9am I felt confident that my vehicle would be safe. I've also called these folks several times over the years. They're professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
