Very rude. When i called to setup an appointment he got very disrespectful. I had an appointment setup but wouldn’t answer or call back to confirm. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use his services.

Fair pricing plans and excellent service works. They all do very well. It's all good when they replaced a newer used Honda 2010 Civic engine. It was kind of pricey for me. But they all good and did the jobs very well earlier in the middle of summer 2021!

We've been associated with Jim's for about 30 years, so quite frankly that should tell you everything you want to know. Prompt about getting the vehicle in and out and honest about repair needs and prices. Friendly staff too!

Absolutely a rip off. Dropped my car off for a diagnosis and was told a low to high amount it may be. Received no diagnosis as they couldn't figure it out and was charged the highest quote for diagnosis - that I DID NOT receive. For all I know the car sat all day and they charged me. What horrible service and a rip off from a small locally run business. All of this during CoVId when people are struggling financially. Horrible Business do not recommend.
