Very dishonest company their new kid put iron out directly in my tank because he put solar salt in and it dulled my clothes I called and complained and let them come out to check and yes they seen the solar salt but their go to guy who can “smell it” pretty much called me a liar when he said he couldn’t smell it I witnessed the kid put it in the tank against my better judgement I even told him it would dull or fade my clothing and it did but he assured me it wouldn’t. I should’ve never trusted their shenanigans of coming out to try to cover their butts. I’m going with a new company now and very happy to. I gave them one star for the sweet lady that answers the phone.

Good customer service! They got a tank ready for me in 20 min. as they was surprised I came early for the lake season. We are so ready to get out and enjoy our 2nd home. Thank you, Culligan for your service!

I love Culligan the people there so nice and so friendly and so helpful and the reasonably priced picked up my salt for my softener smells so heavenly on the inside of the building but really the people are great treat you like family
