I went to Best One this past week for an oil change. The staff was very friendly and professional and did a great job. I've been there several times over the years for new tires, repairs to brakes, and general maintenance for my cars and have always been pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Best One.

Fantastic customer service! All of the folks who work in there are super kind and helpful. Cecil is the one who helped me and was super nice, and helped me in my crisis with my tire and also with adding in an oil change! For sure will be coming back for further car work and recommending Best One Tire to friends and family!!

They were super helpful on the phone and really friendly in person. I went there to get some trailer tires and they helped me out real quick. I'd definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

I wish there was an option for an extra star, the two Best Ones in Marion always give stellar, quality service! Decently quick work and great prices. At this point, I try to take my vehicle to only Best Ones wherever I go.

Was told by a mechanic that the new ball joints that were put on 3-years ago had to be replaced before they can inline my van trying to charge me to put on more parts nope went somewhere else .

Took my car in for a leaking tire they said can't fix it needs a new $261 tire! I can't afford that! Took it to Walmart they plugged it

Terrible service. Took my 2015 Sierra there to have after-market rims put on. The rims didn't fit (wrong bolt pattern) but the service guys placed both the front stock rims back on without torquing the lugnuts and still charged me $70.00.I travel alot, so imagine rolling down I-69 at 80mph and you realize your 2 front wheels are loose. Took it to Belle Tire yesterday to discover not only were my lugnuts loose but that both lower ball joints are now worn out from driving on 2 loose tires. The Service Tech at Belle said it looks like the dropped the truck before tightening the lugnuts.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I had them install tires but I've been back four times now for them to install the tires correctly. I don't have time for this nonsense, the first three times I gave them a break but if they can't install tires correctly then I'm not sure what they even do. Store hours state they close at 5:30PM, however they couldn't help because their techs were leaving at 5. All nice people that work at the front but this experience has left a very bad impression.

I took my 2010 Equinox in on Monday when my stabilitrak went out, they offered an appointment that following Wednesday and had me drop it off 8am. Noah was very quick that morning to let me know the bearing needed replaced and gave me a quote on the spot. I mentioned several other issues that weren't originally for this appointment and he offered to change my oil as well which had just come due. He willingly fixed them on the spot which was unexpected but incredibly appreciated. Everything was very reasonable and affordable and I was able to pick up my car the same day. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back! I appreciate this team and all they do!

Chris Young & his crew are fast, friendly and thorough. I'm from Tennessee visiting and they've taken good care of me. I've had new tires, alignment, tire rotation and an oil change over the last several months as I've gone back & forth. They're full service so any time I'm in Marion they're my go-to 'Best One' place !!!

I've been here before and they're wait times are always awful. Today I waited 2 hours for a simple tire change. I knew there were people ahead of me but once all those people were taken care of, they started pulling in cars that came in after me. After the 3rd car that came after me got pulled in, I said something. The manager told me I was next but that it would still be a while cause everyone was at lunch. This was at 2pm. Wasted half my day there, made me late for work, and never even got my tire done. I just got my money back at left. I should have known better. The two other times I got tires there I waited 3hours one time and 5 hours the other time. Both those times I had appointments. Unless you like wasting an entire day, go someplace else. They don't even have better prices than other shops.
