This has to be the WORST service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never have I ever, in all my years, had a company put dye in my engine to see where a leak is coming from, then order a part that was allegedly on back order for over 8 weeks, just to only have no recollection of doing so and no record of it either. Now I have an engine COVERED in oil and dye, and a service manager unwilling to even LOOK at the vehicle in an afternoon to actually order the part! Save your time, get somebody else to do it!

Performed a service check for a recall notice on my vehicle. They were very quick although not very informative of their findings or what work they performed to check this issue.

It was NOT a good experience. I bought a car 3 years ago for $3800 and I broke the band in the transmission, they wanted to charge me $4400 to fix it..I will just put it back in the garage.

Oil change also very small inventory of cars and trucks on the lot. Covid has hurt our dealerships as well the automotive companies cannot get parts from foreign suppliers. I will get off my soap box now.

When we were getting our recalls done on our GMC Terrain, Barry Bunker was extremely accommodating and took very good care of us. Their customer service was top notch and they always made sure everything was done well. Though I've never bought a vehicle from them, I know their services can be counted on.
