I stopped in today at the marion location to get rear brake pads. The young man who helped me was Seth. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He made sure I got everything I needed and even helped me save some money. I definitely left the store satisfied with a smile on my face. Thank you so much Seth.

Best place to get an oil change. I stop by and get my car travel ready by going to Jiffy Lube first. This last time prior to my trip, they caught my license plate light was out. This is major, if they had not checked that, then I would if ended up with a ticket. I'm so thankful. Keep up the good work guys. You are the best!!

Stopped by Autozone in Marion today. Needed help for a minor issue, my cars gasoline compartment wouldn't open. So mentioned to the gentleman working that I am grateful at the helpfulness of Autozone staff, and today I requested help getting my gas compartment to open.
The gentleman seemed to not want to help me and ended up looking for a tool. Then he followed me out and it took him 5 seconds to open the door to the gasoline. I thanked him, and he proceeded to tell me that Autozone employees are not mechanics and get paid by the hour, and I should've gone to a shop....
This made me feel very sad. My husband used to work at an Autozone years ago, and he would have happily assisted a customer.

Jason at AutoZone helped me get my Jeep back up and driving when nobody else in the town of Marion would help me due to it being a weekend. I'm from out of town and didn't have any tools with me and didn't know anyone in town. I'm truly thankful for Jason at AutoZone.

I came in this evening with a headlight out. John helped me out with finding the right one and even went above and beyond by putting it in for me! Definitely recommend, he was a huge life saver as I was about to hit the road for a road trip!
