Called about prescription I needed to pay for outside of insurance. Pharmacist tells me GoodRX isn't available for this script. "Ok fill it anyway". I hang up and open my Goodrx app. That script is already in there because I've done this before..... $38.99 down from $111. I go get it hand my phone to the cashier, and the Pharmacist calls the cashier over, whispering to her to tell me that if I use my Goodrx discount I risk being dropped from Insurance!!!! WHAT?! I called Insurance, of course. TOTAL LIE !! So was the first lie she told me on the phone!
What the hell is this world coming to? Pathetic excuse for professional behavior.

This place is getting ridiculous, they are closed when supposed to be open and change hours out of the blue. Came home from the hospital last Friday night and they were closed all weekend and couldn't pickup much needed medication. And today it took 10 hours to get a prescription filled, completely unacceptable that it takes that kind of time to get medication. Rite Aid is going bankrupt and they have better customer service than Walgreens.....with their inconsistencies they are probably next !!!!!!

Trying to avoid frustration, I called to make absolutely sure they could take a new patient, that they could fill my script and that I could pay out of pocket, BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING. I have always used Walgreens for this same prescription, this one is just closer to home. Thats the only diffrence. Once they received my prescription, and rejected it, I spoke with the same guy. I was told that it is illegal to pay out of pocket at Walgreens, and that any location will reject it for not using your insurance. Just go somewhere else if you expect your pharmacist to be more knowledgeable that you are. Or to be at all accountable.

the pharmacy had quite a wait and they didn't have the right info for one of my prescriptions. they said it didnt have any more refills on it but when i asked my dr. he said it has just as many refills as yhe rest of my prescriptions.

They don't accept Medicaid so if that's your insurance, don't even bother.But other than that, they're very nice people!

Staff is very unprofessional,rude and down right discriminating. Too bad corporate doesn't come in and do a secret pharmacy shop! I'm sure they would be highly surprised and appalled by the way staff here treat their customers! Let's hope they grow consciousness and learn to treat their customers with the same respect they would want someone to treat them or someone in their family.

I ordered photos online, received an email saying the order was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived, the photo center informed me that they were out of paper. So no photos. I received a second email two days later saying pictures were ready, so I decided to call first, before driving again, only to speak to someone rude and snarky, letting me know my photos were in her hands. Whatever happened to good customer service?!

I have had nothing but trouble getting prescriptions. I am almost out of insulin, and the Madison pharmacy is closed a couple random days a week. I am definitely changing to a different store!

The pharmacy is getting into a groove since the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday. Seems to be running better with closing on the weekends. Maybe it should stay this way. Just more positive and less stressful.

I came here looking for Reese's Christmas Trees. Most places were sold out a month ago. They had several. The Associates at this Walgreens have always been very polite, friendly, & they are willing to help & they know where the products are. Several stores in this area employ people that don't know where things are & they pass the buck as in it's not my job or area. I don't care whose job it is, get a sales person over here or a manager. They go to get someone & you never see them again. Thank you Walgreens for hiring people that have a work ethic.
