secured a storage unit online - immediately Sara contacted me to assist us with completing the forms and process. We drove from Colorado to Indiana, the unit was identifiable with their tag and lock waiting inside the unit. So far, so good.

They'll raise your rates every 6 month about $100 without telling you....you can call and negotiate a lower price but not the original price...they still bill your account hight for that month

I actually just bought a license unit there on auction. The staff was wonderful, the facility was clean and secure. Emphasis on clean! I buy units all over, and you get what you get. There's a lot you can't see till after you've purchased the united I've seen some that were beyond bad, everything from trashy and hard to navigate with truck and trailer to rats, roaches and leaks that really destroy some nice things. NOT here though. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way. I'd definitely recommend this place to my own family if they were in need of a storage facility.
