They messed up my pizza and tried to gaslight me about it. Yea, the manager tried to say I ordered some kind of chicken barbeque pizza with pineapple instead of the cheese pizza that I wanted, which by the way is close to the bottom of the page; when the cheese pizza is pretty much at the top page. When a customer says I got the wrong pizza, don't tell them ; "Well, that's what you ordered!; and definitely don't through some receipt at them that could easily be redone, to somehow show them what an idiot they are. Manager must think this 56 year-old man hasn't been around the block a few times. I know what I ordered, this isn't my first online order. Nice first impression. I won't be ordering from them again.

I have never received a hot steaming pizza as I do from another chain. Dough is sometimes undercooked! I will never order from here again!

Typical Papa John's Restaurant, usually order through the app only for carryout as I am getting it to take home after work. Specials always outweigh the standard menu especially trying to feed kids.

The call center sucks they lie to you about your price then you call the store and they suck and said the call center told me wrong go back to taking your own order in the store and for the manager I talk to on the phone you suck

Staff is very friendly and delivery drivers are fast. Last time 3 times I ordered here though pizza dough has been undercooked. Just not really a fan of this chain anymore but I know a lot of people like it.

Three different times now I have received lousy pizza from the Papa John's in Madison, In. There was more sauce than cheese, and 3 of 8 slices had no toppings. I will drive from Hanover to Madison to pick up Dominos or Pizza Hut pizza, before I order another pizza from Papa John's. Horrible way to do business.
