My car battery I purchased from O'Reilly in July had a dead cell in it. I took the car over to O'Reilly's and they had a assistant manager Matt from another store filling in because there manager was no longer there. Matt switched out the battery under warranty and installed it in the rain. O'Reilly's Matt if a perfect example of WOW customer service I normally buy my parts from your store but sometimes on warranty calms it's a hassle. There was no hassle today he looked it up seen it was under warranty and went and got tools to install it. Thanks Matt hope the complaint gets back you you.

I buy all of my parts here. Parts have always been correct. I've never gotten home only to discover the incorrect part is in the box as I've experienced with other parts store. Prices are typically competitive compared to other nearby places.
