I’ve waited 4 months for my extended car warranty refund, was told over a month ago the refund check was sent to bank. I’ve emailed the finance person almost a month ago and have yet to receive a response. Horrible service

Purchased a vehicle from them that needed body work, they agreed to fix. Received a call asking “Would you rather have money to fix it on your own or would you rather buy something else?” Told them I wanted it fixed like we discussed. Then it was reposted back on their personal website for sale and also on AutoTrader. Had a friend call and they offered to sell it to him, after it was already purchased by me. I got told it’s all automated. CarFax said it was also reposted for sale after I purchased it. Had the GM call and straighten everything out after dealing with at least five other people. I still received the truck and it was fixed. But I wouldn’t go back here again due to the large lack of communication.

Went in to purchase a car this last week. My family has bought cars from them in the past and they have all been reliable and have all worked great. We was very impressed with this dealership from start to finish. They didn't have the car we wanted, however within a day,they called us back and had one that wasn't our color but everything else exactly what we wanted. Clearly they had listened to what we said. The manager gave us a fair price on our trade and the financial manager was direct and clear. Shout out to Conner, Toby, and Jiah. Thank you!
