Brought my car in for service. I was greeted in a friendly manner, my car was serviced at the appointed time, and I was out the door in a very reasonable time.

I’ve waited 4 months for my extended car warranty refund, was told over a month ago the refund check was sent to bank. I’ve emailed the finance person almost a month ago and have yet to receive a response. Horrible service
