Took long time for automated answer to phone & the flooring department employee finally answered, he was less than interested in helping me place an order for tiles. Sounded like I woke him! I had pertinent info on product but he said I needed to come in to see if they could order. Waste of time yo call store!

Purchused vinyl blinds at Lowes in Madison IN, they cut them down for us, when I went to install, they were to wide. Returned next day to have them trim a small amount. After waiting approximately 45 minutes the associate got someone who knew how to use the equipment. As soon as she saw the blinds we had purchased she said we can't cut those. I said I purchsed the day before and they indeed cut them but not short enough! She said they are not to cut that brand of blinds!? I said but you did, can you just fix them? She said I could just cut them down myself with a circular saw!!?? Wouldn't that have worked just great??!! She just walked off! They need to work on customer service!! Don't go to this store!

Customer service was inexcusable. False advertisement, the people working customer service overcharged us for a product on sale, had to call the manager once we noticed what was going on. Took them 45 minutes to get a product for us, just to inform us they don't have the bottom piece after they told us they had it in stock. Very rude and at the end apologized for being rude to us after the manager stated we were correct and blamed their attitude on being tired.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I don't like to yelp but WOW. My instore order got shipped to another state. Took over two weeks calling the store and corporate to try to cancel or get an answer on my order that just somehow vanished. Final someone instore agreed to cancel my order and reorder for me. They said to call the store by Friday to get delivery info. So here I am 3 weeks into this nightmare and whoever is answering phones instore won't even look up my order but instead keeps hanging up. Ive paid in full for the item and not sure why this can't be resolved.

Poor customer service. False advertisement, and holding my order &/gave my order away to another customer, and actually canceled my order at one time by themselves because I complained. (I did get them to get my same order back up) I ordered $4000.00+ in appliances with a scheduled delivery date. On the day the appliances were to be delivered, I went home to check, and my appliance was not there. I recieved a call FROM Jody shorty later the day my order was to be at my home, Joni said rudely "you do know all your items are not in" I replied No. When i insisted on finding out why they were not in and when they would be I was told she would call the distributor tomorrow and call me back. When I asked why we had to wait until tomorrow to call instead of calling today she replied very rudely- Mam because I am leaving in 5 minutes! Her response would have been recieved alot better if she would have said I am sorry i am scheduled to leave but I will see if our manager would call. I have still not recieved a call from them or an explanation why I was told they were in and they were not. I also recieved email the same day stating my order was delivered and to rate my experience when no order was delivered. Everytime I call to check on my order THAT I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER, I am getting a different date. Now they are stating sometime in March! I called another local Lowes and they can get my same items in 20 days, but yet both are less than an hour apart. I am so fed up with this poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I would cancel and buy another product, but I ordered when these products were on sale, and would be paying thousands extra. I have been living without a kitchen for almost 3 months now, if I would had chose another store, I would have my products and a kitchen. I do tons of business with them, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Plus they have on their website these products are available within a few days, and that is a lie. When I brought this to their attention Jody states "we cant help that" after I explained false advertisement, they had it removed in 2 days! I have pictures showing this, and will pass it along to the appropriate people. Lying to people to get them to order is not professional.

I walk in tonight and try to buy something but the line was huge with only 1 register open. It appears that Lowes doesn't care about customer satisfaction or their own employees.

Lowes was contracted to tear down our deck and build a new around our newly installed pool. We were told it would be a 3 week job. They started in mid-May. Amid delays caused by not ordering enough deck material, we asked them if it would be done by July 4th so we could have a party, and were told yes. Back and forth we went, not enough supplies, wrong color supplies, they were over budget on the job (how is this my problem?). Eventually, the deck was finished in mid-September!! A "3 week job" that took 4 months!! The only bright spot was the sub-contractor, he was polite, professional, hard-working, and fought Lowes with us to get the proper supplies. The idiot from Lowes that ordered supplies ignored his list and "eyeballed" it. NEVER AGAIN!! The sub contractor, Ricky, was also the only reason they got 2 stars, and not 1.
