Thief's! I sent in my equipment and they claimed they didn't receive it until I gave them the routing number. They're holding 100 plus dollars now for 20 days to 2 months.

I’ve had 75 foot of cord sitting on my lawn for the past 6 months being promised they’ll dig a trench and bury it. I’ve called 5x with internet issues due to it and nothing is still resolved don’t waste your time or money

There internet is not good and it's the only choice in brooksburg Indiana because the other choice is even worse. They have frequent internet outages and the town of brooksburg has power outages all the time and if your not home during a power outage Tony Taylor Sr and Tony Taylor Jr will break in your house and shed taking anything of value you have and cops won't help or onvestagate to get your stuff back. Cameras with a independent power source needs to be put in to watch the town that's full of thieves and methods cookers who will burn your house down so the previous owners collect insurance on top of what you bought the house for. I'd recommend staying far away from brooksburg

I called to purchase internet for my new address. After being on the phone for over an hour and being placed on hold multiple times, I finally thought we were getting somewhere and the service would be set up. Instead they charged my card $51 but said they did not. It was taken out of my bank account, I got a notification saying so, but they said they were going to charge me again because they didn't see the money on their end. They could not give me an account number and kept telling me there was an error. Not sure where the man was that I was speaking to, but I kept hearing a rooster crowing in the background. After so much aggravation, I refused to continue and said I just wanted to cancel. But the man kept telling me that the technician would be there Monday. I kept saying I just want to cancel and I would like my money back. He told me that he could not cancel or refund my money. Talk about a mess! The most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would not recommend frontier to anyone! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Company is a joke. Lost our first order, then a 3rd party contractor randomly shows up to bury the 1/4 mile cable need to get to our house. Does tell us he is on our property, then get nasty when our kids let our dogs out. Communication is the key!!! Find another company unless you like headaches.

Horrible I can't believe that this company is still in business I had an appointment to have internet put in on April 15 2021 and November 16 2021 I finally got the service I was booked to get 7 months later than promised and ended up with the wrong service package so I called them and 2 months later I still haven't received what I ordered

I don't have Frontier service. I did have a Frontier salesman knock at my door. Frontier had a great deal 2 months free month to month service agreement. It was a good deal so I called a friend.

Just to put things in perspective I was in logar province Afghanistan for 9 months my wifi out there on a little camp had speed tests results of 3mbs/sec which is god awful but it was Afghanistan. When I first got your service I was getting 8-9mbs/sec download speeds which is very very bad and just sad, But it was manageable now a month later I’m not even getting over 1mb/sec congratulations frontier you have beat the poorest country in the entire world at god awful internet service at this point can you even say your trying to accommodate your customers or are you basically the “WISH” of internet providers?

I have moved across the country as well as even lived in others and have had a vast amount of internet service providers. Frontier Communications is by far thee most poor and unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Their internet goes down or disconnects every 30 minutes and stays disrupted until you attempt to call them (which is a far stretch) to only find out that they do not know what the problem is. They've replaced the equipment 3 times now and their technicians still do not know how to be technicians. I 10/10 would not recommend this company to anyone and you are better off going with another company or just not even having internet. $50 per month for poor and pathetic quality... Company needs yo be shut down.

I have tried several times to get internet service through this company. It is the only option where I live, however; everytime I call I get told they do not service my area. Funny that both of my neighbors have it. Also I was a utility locator when they layed fiber in my area. I'm the one that marked for them to do the work! I hooked into thier peds everyday of my life.... I had thier prints that showed me where thier service was! I have a ped in my front yard! The customer service keeps telling me no, we dont service your area, I know they do. I have been calling for two yeats.... TWO YEARS and keep getting told no. My neighbor called once and had service that week. This company sucks. They dont know thier head from a hole in the ground.

Previously had internet with them at my current residence. Called to get service again, tech came out and said they do not service out this far. People right down the road both ways have service, but I can't get it apparently even though it's been hooked up here before.
