It all depends on the employees. The guy who helped me find & order my part was awesome! He did all the work & great customer service. If he had been there today when I picked it up then I would've made several purchases but the rude mean jerk working today just wanted me to go away. The prices were better but unless you're a mechanic with NO questions this is not the store to go to!

I give it 1 star but it doesn't deserve any. The employee literally threw the fuel line across the store when I asked on the price. Go to Advance Auto!
UPDATE! The DM for Madison Auto Zone has contacted me. After her assurance that is not how Auto Zone wants their employees to represent them, I will go back and make my purchase. Thank you S.B. It is so good to have a company CARE about customer relations. Thank you again.

I needed new wipers in the middle of rain shower. They offered to put them on right then without me even asking. Gave me the new customer discount for creating account with the App. even though email hadn't game through yet. Plus, I told me when it did I could use the discount code again!

Sold the wrong brake pads which is fine it happens, but the crew on 9/19/2023 at 7:50 pmwas so unfriendly I won't return. Madison Indiana has to many part stores for employees to act that way.

Staff was helpful in finding products and very freely sharing of opinions, even if those opinions were severely homophobic and unrelated to the casual retail exchange we were there for.
