I had only a credit card to pay for an electric coupling. However, the lady at the front informed me that using a credit card for a payment as low as $1.05 would incur almost double the cost. I assured her that it was fine, but she insisted on using her own change to pay for it. I didn't have to, but she insisted. This immediately gave me the impression that the business is run in a commendable manner. They prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. The lady was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Therefore, I highly recommend this hardcore store.

Gordon is the BEST! He knows his stuff when it comes to wood burning stoves and piping! Worth the trip to Madion Indiana. This guy should be employee of the year! Highly recommend!

Went here to buy an axe handle one of us have low quality used to buy my handles here because they were good quality but now price went up quality went down and you can buy a better one at Lowe's for less than half the price I know they're like a small town family store but they are trying to wax people and they need to get a handle on here prices because I can't handle it it just needs to be handled

In case you cannot read the sign… “if you stand up to pee you’re a man. PERIOD.”I am absolutely appalled by what I have seen here today. I am all for freedom of speech, but when it entices hate and violence such as this, then I have a problem. This is downright hate speech. If it is not your body/life then it is NONE of your business. What happened to LOVE thy neighbor? I would much rather spend more money on the same stuff than support this kind of hate.

Family owned business and not one of the Big box stores.. I go in and they ask if I need help, which I always do, and they help me get my items. In the realm of things the prices are basically the same if not better than the competition and they are helpful with great attitudes.
