Beware!! This place takes your money then delivers something you didn't buy. Something used when you specifically asked them if it was new. Then when you ask for a refund they keep $10 for "processing fee."

Absolutely horrible!!! Went through three washers all were junk. Then got the run around on service and the pickup. And when they did come to pick it up I HAD TO LOAD THE THING!!!!!! Then the manager lied to me about requesting a refund!!! Then gave me the number for the accounting department and told me it was the person she sent the request to!!!
