“Over the years I've had great service from Ferrellgas. The last time I called, I must admit, I was a bit disappointed. I wanted to have my tank topped of this summer for next winter and was told that since the tank wasn't below 30 percent, there would be an extra charge for delivery. There was no rush for delivery, so it could have been brought anytime a truck was in the area, it seemed a bit out of character for what I've come to expect from Ferrellgas. Normally it would have been five stars, but this interaction caused me to feel a little less inclined to give Ferrellgas that fifth star. No ability to discuss the issue and come up with a win, win... just a matter of fact, that's the way it is, take it or leave it. Overall, I believe Ferrellgas is a good company to be with, so I'm staying but it sure seems like they would be glad to come and top off someone's tank when they are in the area.”
