I stopped going to the UPS store in Dyer some time back because the customer service was simply terrible. My wife started going to the location in Lowell and had nothing but good things to say. I ended up going to the Lowell location tonight and I have to say it was a great change of pace. Kayden and Andy were 100% on top of things, very helpful, friendly and professional. It's really nice to visit a business these days that's doing it right. Great staff! Great service!
