I had my truck serviced for the (3) recalls that were out for it. I also had them check the wiring for the trailer connector. The service was great and on time as predicted by the Service Manager. I got the feeling as there was some off put from the staff. They were courteous, but I felt I was "rushed" through the process. I know they are busy, however I did not feel that connection as I have in the past. Overall though, the service was great, the people are always professional, and even though the dealership is an hour away, the small shop is worth the drive. I will continue to seek out my service needs there.

Omg Jake was great no pressure and fun to talk with. Help with all concerns and set up blue tooth and radio. So much help with all the extra stuff. Best experience I've had purchasing a car.

I have to rave about the Smith Chevy service department, specifically Sean and Julia. Every time I call for questions or need to bring my car in for service, they go above and beyond to ensure the best experience. They take care of their customers and find a way to make a not so pleasant situation (car problems) more manageable. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend this dealership for servicing your GM vehicle.

I called the service department with a simple inquiry: "Have your technicians ever performed a repair on a loose steering column?" I was told that because I have a conversion van, there's nothing they can do, and hung up. All I wanted to know is if they had done the repair before...

Always top notch service. We brought 2 cars in for oil changes and one tire rotation. They are quick, but still do great work. As always, a big shout out to Sean the service mgr...always polite and knows our names....he's great.

Today we went in to browse! Some how we left with a car. Thanks to Lisa she made the whole process a breeze she explained the vehicle ,helped get us on the app, it was the easiest buying process ever! Sean Patterson in the service department is extremely unprofessional on how he handles customers complaints with service work.
The work to my vehicle was corrected subpar, and the very bad attitude and misconduct directed at me by Sean is completely unacceptable.
I suggest that he is investigated and reviewed for disciplinary action.
