The Customer Service was absolutely amazing here. They were hands on getting me exactly what I needed. Tim explained to me in detail what I needed to do to fix my car and it was a really easy fix. I'm so happy I didn't have to spend hundreds taking it in to get it fixed when it was that easy. Thanx Tim.

Came here to purchase a battery, some brake parts and other miscellaneous items. From the moment I walked in the female supervisor or manager was berating and belittling an employee. This continued the entire time I was there. The employee was professional about it and only said a few words. However, the supervisor continued her titrate nonstop the entire time I was there. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I walked out and took my business to O’Reilly’s down the street where it was a very pleasant experience.

I came in thinking I needed a new starter, and Tony told me they could test the battery, starter, and alternator if I brought the vehicle in. I came back, they tested the car, and it was the battery. Tony replaced it in the lot for me. They saved me hours of unnecessary work. Great people to do business with!

Kyle assisted me in getting a windshield wiper blade for my car. He was very helpful and he even installed it for me. I offered him a tip, but he would not take it. I greatly appreciate his help .Every time I’ve gone to the store, all the sales people have been very helpful. I will continue shopping there for all my car needs.

Awesome staff! Crystal(lite) and Jen(ger Ale) were polite, fun, happy and awesome to talk to! So much negativity in the world so it was such a blessing to just have friendly service. But Crystal and Jen were delightful and helpful and made me enjoy my visit (including their torturous up-sale routines!! LOL). Kudos to Crystal and Jen!
