I recently needed a prescription filled from the Washingtons WB location and they didn't have it in stock. When I asked the tech to see if the Loogootee location had it she called and made sure they had it and let me know it would be filled. I went ahead and called Loogootee pharmacy to make sure it was received and spoke with Pharmacist Rachael who made sure they received it and let me know to head that way. When I got there Rachael knew who I was and answered every question I had for her so kindly. It was such a great experience I will take the time to get my medication filled in Loogootee every month. Both Taylor in Washington and Racheal in Loogootee went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today.

The DME side is HORRIBLE, no follow ups whatsoever when requested - provided 3 ways to get in contact with me and nothing. Not a courtesy phone call one. Spoke with Tony Murroll (Unsure if spelling, the VP) he was horrible, just rude over the phone. His cadence in his voice, it was noticed I was a bother. He had no concern in the reason I was calling whatsoever, here it was for a follow up for DME for someone that is a severe fall risk. He has no attention to urgency, empathy or customer service skills whatsoever which is sad considering it is a medical industry with patient care. Good companies are few and far anymore and a dying breed, shop around for the ones that will provide good service on the front end. Those are the people you want to deal with because if something happens to your equip or you need further assistance, would you want to call someone that was already unhelpful, I think not??!! Do yourself a favor, go else where for your equipment and courtesy, ease of doing business.

This place is very fast and very reasonable! Worker's are very friendly and makes sure you get what you were needing! Alot cheaper than CVS.

Quick polite service, no crowds if you go inside, personable professional workers, and if you have questions they will answer them in a timely manner. Williams Brothers is a great company with great people who work there.
