My husband and I was in there tonight. The gentleman running the register was very nice. Therapy working at the other register was rude. She was pricing things and was not friendly!

Is a convenient store don't have to drive 30 miles to get basic items but it wouldn't hurt to hire a few more employees and repair thier self checkout and update thier regular register as half the time you can't use card payment there's no reason in today's market that you should have to be cash only when hardly anyone carries cash anymore also would be great to get service at the register faster instead of a 20 minute wait due to they need more than one or two employees working daily there are two registers and a self checkout barely get one register working and if your buying tobacco products or anything behind the counter you have to wait until you can get an associate to the counter to check your ID so wherever the one person in the store is stocking shelves or unloading a truck who knows you'll be standing there awhile ...more help maybe a hire on incentive might help cure that issue

Kind polite cashier, not great customers. Self check out has been broken down a long time.

Every time I go in there they are super attentive and very helpful. The employees can't help it when the self check is down so give em a break. And John is always working his tail off and still is friendly and willing to help the customers.

The Dollar Store in Montgomery , IN is a really good Dollar Store just because the people are so friendly and welcoming and everything also goes with the great people that work in there they're all so nice and helpful if need be.It's just a good place to shop at. Just like I do all the time lol.

Worst experience. Very long waiting time while both cashiers were in the break room. The self checkout was not working properly, so we had to wait on that to be fixed as well. Didn't have the main item that we came for in stock. Then, when my daughter pushed the squeaky toy pig that said "push me" for service, one of the cashiers yelled at her for it. She cried all the way home. Never going back.

Had a very good experience at Dollar General in Montgomery the staff is very helpful the manager came out and and talked to me to see if I found everything I needed and if everyone was helpful they really care about the customers while I was in there I know what the manager talking to law different people to see how they were if they were finding everything they needed the manager is very helpful I don't see that in any other Dollar General stores
