Had a not so decent experience. Got a pretty good deal on my phone (could’ve gotten it at any location). I was lied to about having to upgrade my plan line to get the deal, & the entire thing was screwed up. To top it off the guy helping was super ridiculous about the accessories. Trying to make me feel like I had to buy their very expensive stuff to protect my new phone. He just pressured way too much, & most things he said ended up not being true. He basically told me I’ll melt my charger/phone if I get a charger box at Walmart instead of their $50 box. The lady in charge was listening in, & she wasn’t very pleasant either. Not a very good experience at this location. The one in Kokomo by Walmart is much better.

I want to commend Eli at Russell Cellular in Logansport Indiana. He is a professional, caring young man and he went over and above in his assistance to me. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He was wonderful!

Went to cancel my services, received a bill a month later, called and I was told my service was never canceled went to the store again and the so called manager Morgan was rude and said there was nothing she could do that I needed to call customer service, never going to this place and would never recommend anyone to go.
