Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
There are some items at the store I'm surprised that they don't have. But other than that their price's are great, store clean and I noticed this last time I was shopping at Ruler they had some new items 👍

I forgot how good the prices were! Now they've rearranged everything in the store and trying to get used to that now.

Love the prices! Store is usually clean and well stocked. Staff is usually very nice. I just hate self checkout
