They get the stuff free and yet tank tops are $6.99. Goodwill is ridiculous on prices. Can go right over to Marshall's or Ross and get a tank top brand new for what Goodwill charges.

Great store. Always clean. I always find something. The prices tend to be too high but you can still find great bargains if you have the time to look. I love the half price sales and seniors always get a discount. Thanks for taking care of your seniors! The staff is great!

Overpriced. I have been to many Goodwill's this is the highest price place. I travel and I like stopping at Goodwill to find bargains. 9 dollars for pants. I can go to rural king and get new ones for 12. I will not stop at this one again!

Terrible. Whoever is doing the pricing is on drugs. All “valuable” items are kept in the back to be sent to e-commerce for auction and ripped, stained clothing is wheeled out to the racks at eBay prices. Terribly mismanaged store. I’ll save my money for the other locations in the area from now on. 79.00 for a dirty dry rotted pair of Doc Martens. No thank you.

OVERPRICED! They claim that the tshirts are $2.99 but most, if not all, t shirts are $6.99. Even the ones that have stains and holes! Goodwill use to be a place where individuals who were tight on cash could go and purchase decent items. It’s more expensive than shopping new! They should change their name to Greedwill

Buyer beware. Any returns are In-store credit that must be used within 30 days and can only be used in “district”. Goodwill, shame on you. Better off going to Salvation Army.

Over priced for a non profit selling dvd series used for 14.99. There was an Atari 10 genesis untested and stickers ton off for $80. If the money was going to employees and supervisor maybe. There no reason for any goodwill to double or triple there prices.Good will is supposed to be a place for everyone to come and buy at cheap prices for those who don’t have a lot of money. Who ever is doing the pricing is doing 8 balls before work.Goodwill is as nonprofit as Walmart. Don’t worry about resellers work about people with low income and help them. For a nonprofit the goodwill auction site is also noprfit too ???Goodwill needs to reevaluate what it is and it’s purpose because it’s not for the common person.Low balling your employees and not giving them pay just to give to the suit at the top. Shame. The end

The prices are getting to the point aside from old furniture, you are almost better off buying brand new and watching for sales. Very disappointing the last few trips.

Cashiers- helpful and friendly.Prices- why are they so much more expensive in Plymouth than other Michiana Goodwill stores?! Their cheapest tag is $3.99 and that’s what they put on a bag of dollar tree brand cotton balls.Fitting rooms- no hooks to hang items. And today went I went in, someones Dexcom diabetic site was left on the fitting room bench. Also, I was yelled at across the store for touching the clothes rack because “customers aren’t allowed to do that!” SERIOUSLY?! Everyone does it and no one’s ever said differently. I won’t be back!Rochester is the superior store!!

WARNING HIGH PRICESPositives: Nice staff, well organized storeNegatives: $6.99 t shirts with stains and holes, was only able to buy a few shirts because prices were so high, why would you have a $2.99 shirt sign when not one t shirt was $2.99, talk about manipulation. No discounts or coupons, except seniors are the only special ones, no military discount, the cashiers didn’t even know how the reward program works, called the manager to explain. You get $1 for every $40 spent so a 2.5% discount, you can’t use it until next visit, their reward program credit expires every month. This Goodwill is greedy never left a thrift store so frustrated. Just head into Fort Wayne where they have daily tag sales and coupons at 20% off.I will never visit again. I’ve spent $200-$300 at other thrift stores in 1 visit. When you over price items means spenders like me will go to your competition that offer discounts and more reasonable prices.
