John is a bad landlord. Repairs were never done. He sold the house without even asking us if we were willing to buy. Didn't give 30 day written notice cause they claimed they were showing us another house that happened to need a wrecking ball not a tenant. We were discriminated against more than once and he believed the people over asking us about it. He's caused my fiance to have numerous seizures trying to figure out what we are going to do. Do not rent or purchase houses from him the house we are in isn't worth what he's selling it for damage to the roof, leaking basement, black mold in the bathroom, fire hazards everywhere, broken windows and my personal favorite nails sticking out of floor boards and carpeting. Not to mention all the minor crap too like holes in the walls, chicken wire on cabinets, insect infestations outside (I'm allergic to big bee venom wasp, hornets, mud daubers) that I was told I had to deal with even though they could kill me.

Bought a Bare Sbc from them on Facebook. Was told it was a standard bore. Drove 4hrs there, paid cash, 4 hrs back Gato Machine shop and it's. 030 over and needs to be machined more because it's worn out. I was told " That's the way I bought it so, you own it. Currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General and will be looking at small claims for refund plus costs of court.

I stopped to take a picture of the uni system as my father worked for New Idea for 24 years. I was approached by a strange man claiming to own the property and telling lies about the dealer and the uni system. I don't know if he had any real connection to the business, but please be careful if in the area.

A tree guy "with giant chainsaws" saving grace. They're the only ones who stock 4' ,404 chains for STIHL near me. Logansport. The saw tech "Scott" is a great mechanic. A little grumpy sometimes LOL, but not really. I'm just kidding. That's just him. A heck of a great guy. Hope you have a great visit and find what you are looking for. A great place to buy outdoor equipment. I wanted a cordless trimmer with 2 batteries and they had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I'll go back later for the power washer!

Old tractor dealer that now mostly sells still chainsaws and the like. Very friendly with good service. I use them to service my chainsaws and sharpen the blades.
