One of my favorite stops when I'm in town! Always fantastic classes and a great atmosphere. Tried out the Cafe this time and was so impressed. The fact that they have vegan, gluten free options is nice, but being so delicious and affordable was such a treat! If you haven't been, you're sleeping on something really wonderful.

Fresh, nutritional food every time you order! The yoga classes are wonderful and the juices are delicious. They also have quite a nice selection of seasonal, organic produce and groceries. My FAVORITE place to spend time in Logansport!!!

Surprisingly awesome. The vibe is beautiful. The staff knows what they are doing and it's welcoming to all ages and body types. I will come here every time I am in town to help my fitness and inner peace!
