“I have been using indy lube for almost 3 yrs now. I have been using this place for oil changes and tires.Jeff he will do what ever he can to make you comfortable and happy. Yes this place is so friendly that they will learn your name and call you by name.Another thing is that if you any questions or concerns Jeff will help you figure it out. I have told him even if I move away from Danville I will drive every oil change or to get tired from him..I will finish this with a simple comment.Jeff makes sure all his employees have a professional and caring attitude. They are all very respectful..”
“My step daughters car broke down in Cloverdale. We had it towed to the nearest mechanic. That was a Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon they finally had time to diagnose the issue. Not real excited about the additional delay for them to repair it, I had it towed (after hours) to Dodson Automotive in Avon. Jeff was able to get it in, up and fixed by Friday around noon. He kept in contact with me regarding the issue and what was needed. Even with extra labor and a few extra parts not quoted by the other mechanic, he was still able to come in for less than they quoted for just one of the issues. “I am in my 50's and have been looking for a good auto repair shop for a long,long time. Well I found one! The young man that helped me was professional,and knowledgeable.They showed me the parts they had to replace,why they needed replacement. They also lubricated bearings/joints while they were trouble shooting,no charge. They also went out of their way to save me money when I know other big name shops would have charged additional for unnecessary parts and labor.I highly recommend "The Pit Stop ",best auto repair shop I ever went to. Estimates were great and turnaround time for fixes was great. All is well with my old car! The overall check up compared well against other estimates and will definitely use this place again.”
