The service and quality of care from Tire Star and it's employees is wonderful. I cannot express my thanks enough to Brian for his willingness to travel 4 hours one way to pick up my wife and her car when it broke down and I was unavailable. The subsequent repair was promptly completed and she is back on the road. Tire Star has certainly earned our business. EDIT. Took my 2008 Honda CRV to Tire Star for new tires, they suggested an alighnment based on the wear ...glad I took their recommendation - I didn't realize how much better the car would handle. The price for the 4 tires was actually less that another shop for better tires - the work was done quickly, the staff is friendly, and they go over the top to make you feel welcome and appreceated. Dispite the drive (I live between Syracuse and Leesburg), I will be back. Thanks for the great service!

Needed a lot of work done on my car , they did great my car runs great no more klunks when I hit a bump on the road it's finally aligned properly love driving it again , thanks so much for the work and for your staff being so kind and knowledgeable answering all my questions, it was a great experience!

Had some issues with oil leaks and they got the parts replaces and job done in great time and did an excellent job at a good price. Have recommended them to multiple friends.

Great service! The attention to detail and updates of what was happening at different times during my appointment was something unexpected. I do not receive this level of service from the anyone else. Stephanie is very customer oriented and very helpful. I was impressed listening to her converse with customers on the phone as she really understands your business. Thanks

The owner was extremely rude, horrible customer service. Definitely wouldn't let them work on my vehicle!! As a business owner, I am disappointed people think it okay to treat others the way Brian did. Many other shops within the area who treat their customers right!!

The folks at Tire Star were so friendly and helpful. They towed me in when my car broke down. They loaned me a car to get home which is in Mishawaka. I was just starting my vacation, had to make some changes since my car broke down. They fixed my car while I was away and had someone pick it up for me and Returned the loaner. Thanks to there great customer service I had a worry free vacation. Thanks Tire Star for all your kindness.

My experience with tire star was great!!?
The service was amazing.
They were informative about the issue with my vehicle and was very fast at addressing the issue. The dealership wanted to charge quite a bit more for the work that needed to be done to my vehicle and would have probably taken a lot longer to fix.
Everyone was very friendly and kind.
I definitely will go there again.

I needed a tire ASAP on Friday evening. I called 20 minutes before they closed and they said to come in. They stayed open late just to get me a new tire. They were friendly and prompt and I’ll definitely be back!

My car was towed to Tire Star around 3:30 on a Friday afternoon as I had a flat tire about 5 miles away. They had me back on the road by 5:00 as I was able to drive 2 1/2 hours home that night. Very good service and they made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation.
