I was disappointed that there was so much drab furniture. I know winter is coming but this is ridiculous. I love the lazy boy recliner but I want to see happier furniture.

I've been nothing but please since we have purchased furniture from them. We don't take large purchases lightly, and they have taken good care of us.I also feel that when you show mutual respect from whom you bought from, you benefit. I'll always take my time and never lose my cool on the phone. It's common decency. Klopfenstein responds to that.Thank you!

Purchased Lazy-Boy rocker recliner, love seat with console and full sofa - total sale $2749.83 in 2015. In June 2022 the lever handle broke on love seat. Mechanism is covered under warranty. Picked up part in Leo and replace handle myself. No charge. In December 2022, left side plastic handle broke, called and was told shipping and handling would be $26.50, for a $10.00 part? Ordered after market product for $9.99 thru Amazon.

We recently purchased a couch from Klopfenstein and ran into a little snafu (the stuffing had shifted slightly and caused a dip in the upper back portion). The couch was still under warranty. Today a repair tech came and fixed the issue in a manner of minutes. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Without asking he promptly removed his footwear before entering the house He showed me how to undo the back of the couch and re-shift the stuffing should it happen again. He also help install "sliders" under the couch it can be easily moved in the future. Overall, it was outstanding customer service!

Jenny is the boss there and is rude, condescending, and overbearing . DO NOT take her advice as it can be costly to the customer . She is only interested in making a sale . Only bad experience we’ve EVER had purchasing furniture. Didn’t bother to give us our refund until we called a week later and guess she hadn’t heard of using the credit card that they charged to use as a refund . Use the Jefferson Point location for better service .

We have lived in Leo for 26 years. And all our furniture and flooring, without exception, has been from John. The furniture is always well constructed, knowledgeable people to help, and all the carpeting and flooring installs are very well done. I have attached two photos of their install in my home from this spring. Be patient. They are in demand.

Horrible! Tight to get in and out of the lot. Employees are rude and lazy. I was told "I rely don't care" by a guy in the back when I asked to get the furniture unloaded. They waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to start. Management shares the condescending attitude.

I would have given zero stars if I could --- we ordered a couch and all seemed great UNTIL it was delivered. We never received a phone call or saw the delivery come to our home. I called and there was never a return phone call. The next day in the pouring down rain we drove to our lake home to check on something and our couch was sitting in that driveway. Mind you we have not had furniture delivered out there in 10 years.....our receipt for this couch NEVER had this address on it. I called several more times as the couch is damaged, it was not delivered to the right house that was on the receipt. AND WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A PHONE CALL BACK!!!! This is terrible service. We will not purchase anything from here again.

I may have found a customer for our company so that lazy boy division was a good delivery spot which may increase business for the company I work for... Enviroscape erosion blankets everybody needs a blanket so does the earth when we move it around.......
