Changed the amount of my gas purchase after i paid and pumped the gas i paid for!! When I called she claimed she didn't know anything about it!! Maybe she did not BUT SOMEONE DID!

Nice convenience store and good food. But if you order something once you get there, be prepared to wait a while. I had to wait 20 minutes for pizza and bosco sticks. That was a shocker to me and I would not have ordered anything there if I knew it would take that long. But the food was good, but it’s not fast food if you’re waiting on order.There are other options available though so you don’t have to do the wait.

Worst service ever over a pizza. Over an hour and people got served that placed orders after me. When I complained a young man working there told me he didn't have time for this. Tried to get a manager and not one there. Asked for corporate information and got excuses and no number. Then I got asked to leave. Will NEVER do business with Lassuss again

Usually pretty good service but the new kids they hire for the elmos are so slow and just talk 2 breakfast bowls should not take over 20 min

I took my students there for lunch and some of the things we noticed were:"The subs were delicious," Josh."The pop machine was so clean," Ruby."The food was very delicious," Eric.The lady behind the counter came out and showed me how to place an order. The guy behind the counter made our food exactly to our specifications. My students all said that it looked like a good place to work because everyone was so helpful and it looked so bright and happy inside.

I was at the drivethru Friday around 330 pm with my grandaughter n her friend they were singing n talking to me n Justin waited on us he was very rude to us telling me to tell the girls of what they said was harassment. And all they said was meow!! How is that harassment? Please tell me that? I hope something gets done about this. Or there will be less customers coming in there we are his paycheck!!! Thank you hope to hear back

I’ve progressively observed Lassus go down hill the last few years. I could always count on receipt paper, empty trash, window washer, clean restrooms, etc. I used to go out of my way to patronize Lassus HD because they were quality and reliable! Not sure what has happened?!?!

My wife used the ATM here and it only dispensed 20 dollars not the 40 requested and no receipt. 40 was taken from her account and they keep saying call tomorrow and it's been about 5 days with no answers and no apology. Avoid this crooked business that steals from customers. A police report will be made!!!
