AMAZING!!! I was about to be without a car due to transmission problems and such. I would of lost my job and so much more! I went to Superior Auto in Lebanon, IN and the ladies there was VERY polite and helpful!!! They did what they could and worked their magic and got me into a new to me vehicle in under 24 hours!!!! I'm overly thankful for their service and I 110% recommend Superior Auto of Lebanon to EVERYONE!!!! 5 stars all day!!!! Thank you ladies again for everything you did to help me get a new to me vehicle!!!! ?

Let me start my saying when I got my car from SAC in 2022 I thought they were great that was until they started herassing me about INSURANCE INFO THAT WAS IN THE SYSTEM that NEVER changed. They sent me letters in the mail demanding that I either give them the same info in the system or they would add on money to my WEEKLY payment. I not ONE TIME was late on a payment I never skipped a payment I always paid them ON TIME or the day before it was due. I recently went in and paid off my car on 7/1/24 PAID IN FULL and I knew in my mind I WOULD NEVER get another car from them because of how they act. I waited until 7/22/24 to call and see when I would be getting my title in the mail as I know it can take some time well NATHAN at that location said oh we have it here I asked if anyone was going to notify me that it was there and he said well when did you pay your car off I said 7/1/24 and he said oh it came to our location on 7/12/24 I said okay then why didn't anyone call or text or email me that it was there he said when titles get delivered here they go to the file room thats why. The corporate office in Fort Wayne NEVER answers or returns calls so they are no help I asked Nathan if they could mail it to me he said I just messaged my manager I waited on while he got the answer and he said my manager said NO WE DO NOT DO that here. I have all my documentation to prove EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED IN THIS REVIEW and I will be to record my interacting with that terrible Lebanon IN location when I drive my hour driver there to pick up my title that they refuse to mail. I AM POSTING THIS ON SEVERAL SITES TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE HOW AWFUL THAT LOCATION IS.

My dealership experience was good in Richmond IN. They have some underlying policies that are failed to be mentioned. Their corporate office is EXTREMELY RUDE! It’s sad for dealerships who try to provide good service and the corporate talks to ppl any kind of way! I referred someone to the store in Lebanon IN and they added my name to their ap and because they didn’t mention it in the store I didn’t get the referral. The manager said several times she would call me back which was a complete lie. I appreciate the team I’m richmond, but they are trash as a company.Just really consider before purchasing. Do your research!

I have never in my life dealt with a more reasonable group of people as Holly and her crew in Lebanon at Superior auto. Holly was a remarkable person with her understanding her compassion towards me and my particular situation and I felt like she was more of a family member than just a sales specialist for a car lot. She won me over when she told me that her job was to get me approved and into a car that I wanted not to figure out different avenues to get me denied. I've never ever had a car salesman in my life treat me the way she treated me and I almost feel like calling her a car salesman is not appropriate though her job is to sell cars she took the time to listen and understand that life just happens for some people sometimes and she did not treat me as just a customer she treated me as a friend or like I said a family member of sorts that she wanted to make sure I was happy and delighted with the experience of dealing with her and did everything in her power to help me feel that way and get approved for a vehicle I absolutely love. My experience at Superior Auto in Lebanon was amongst some of the most positive experiences I've ever had in buying anything anywhere at any time. So I say thank you to Holly thank you to the entire staff and crew there at lebanon's Superior Auto and I say thank you for the chance to write a few wrongs that were going on in my life and purchasing and getting into a new vehicle definitely has made my life easier and I would recommend Superior Auto to anyone that wants to be treated with love respect and dignity from another group of people that actually care that your life might have its ups and downs but there's always positive side and a positive outlook and that's exactly what Holly and Superior Auto did for me in my experience with them. So thank you very much for making me believe that not anything is impossible when you're working with the right people who actually care about writing a few wrongs.
