In 2023 they partnered with previous owners, Garret Kelly and Josh Fedor to expand local meat options in Lebanon, IN. In just a few short weeks Jessica Roosa and family have met customers traveling from Westfield, Zionsville, Whitestown, Noblesville, Jamestown, and Thorntown to get the best dry aged steaks, artisan sausages, and other local meat options that Lebanon has loved for years. We value helping you know the farmer that raised your meat. We harvest humanely in our own facility so you can trust the meat you feed your family or serve in your restaurant.
