Dealing with a sensitive matter and Laura was not very helpful or sympathetic. Literally gave me dirty looks while I was looking for assistance handling my father's estate. Everyone else was incredibly helpful. Laura however left a bad taste in my mouth and I am glad I no longer bank with PNC.

BY FAR THE WORST BANK I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. We deposit THOUSANDS of dollars every month to this bank. They never return our calls, they do not care about their customers. Everything is backwards. Now they just randomly closed our accounts? With over $60,000 in it, and cannot access our online banking, or balance. We move money in and out everyday. This really puts us in a bind with our business. No one can tell us whats going on and they did this all with no warning.. Unprofessional, I believe illegal to do this, keep our money from us. I will be filing a complaint with FDIC and any other organizations. This bank needs to be shut down for their practices... This is a serious matter.. Someone should contact us back...

The customer service at this local bank is abysmal. Placing money under your mattress would be a better alternative to working with this local branch.

PLEASE CONTACT ME. 12/12 PNC accepted a deposit of $280 to a bank account closed in April. Instead of declining the deposit (as PNC customer service said would happen) I was Instead mailed a check on 12/14. I was told to allow 3-5 business days. Today is 12/29 and I have yet to receive the check or ANY communication about my money! I have called every time! I ensured that my phone number email home address were current aswell. I was told that I would be contacted about changes in the account and have not received ANYTHING.I placed a complaint and asked to speak to a supervisor and after a lengthy hold am told I will be contacted within 24 hours. That was 12/22! I have made over 10 phone calls with no resolution!I was told I could not even be provided with proof of their errors. I could only go to a branch to verify the money had been deposited to a closed account. The deposit was apart of the funds I had to renew my lease on the 15th. I had no reason too believe that PNC would fail so extravagantly.i continued to tell my landlord I would have the deposit then have to call and apologize and offer no explanation as none was given too Me! I informed them I had also been charged a 100 late fee and was unable to renew my year lease! I'm a single mother of 2 children I need every dollar I earn.

Lebanon branch has the resources onsite to handle most common consumer needs but with benefit of having small-town atmosphere experience.

Stopped in to cash a check from a local business.Teller wanted 2% to cash it because I didn't have an account. I've never had to pay a fee to cash a check from the bank it was written.Must be hurting for money. Lol.

Helpful and courteous staff. Needed to send a wire transfer, and while it's not convenient to visit the branch office, I appreciated their caution in protecting my funds. Isaac was very helpful and made sure that everything was in order before completing the transaction.

Came expecting there to be a good bank to hold my stuff for a while but it turns out NO! They said they would not take my stuff especially the big expensive paintings. They said they only take money WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say every time I show up and have a question about my business account they always have an answer and they are always polite. In my book that goes a long way because that is not always the case.

ATM works fine most of the time but I believe on Sundays around 2am or so I've seen it go down for maintenance
