They'll find discounts and coupons to help with co-pays and costs without you even having to ask! They recognize me and address me by my first name and that makes me feel like I'm family! I appreciate all of you!”

“Kroger employees, in Lebanon Indiana are truly the best. Unfortunately, today, they are very short handed and it's going to be a busy Friday for them. I just wanted to help, but all I could do was be patient and thankful for their help. I will say, they are definitely more expensive than the other stores available in Lebanon. On the flip side of that is they seem to always have what I'm looking for. Today that was important because my Grandchildren had a request!! Lol!(windmill cookies!) Thank you all for your work.”

“John and his team are absolutely the best. They are the epitome of outstanding customer service. I tell their story every time a health care provider confirms my pharmacy. Often times out of town physicians confirm they have heard all good things about them. Mom and Pop, several pharmacist, PTs, Purdue and Butler Pharm kids working, all are happy and eager to look after customers. Looked after employees make for well looked after customers. It's a happy place, quick turn around by folks that know you. I actually enjoy going in for refills. They simply blow away the chains whom seem to have the polar opposite approach to care.”
