Still hoping they can help but the lady on the phone was so incredibly unhelpful it was like she just WANTED to tell me they can't help. Literally told me staff at MC CAN help with paperwork but then turned around and said they probably won't help me since I just moved and will want me to schedule with my "current providers" which, I told her multiple times are IN ARIZONA so how am I supposed to do that? She had no answer and did not offer to do any kind of research or ask anyone anything. Just said I'm "welcome to try an appointment or go to the ER which probably won't help" (not as easy as it sounds since the nearest minute clinic is 40min from me one way) and having worked at a call center for over 3yrs I would never treat someone so poorly when they are asking for help. I certainly hope there is a bit more compassion for the next person.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***I went in for a blood test, they took the blood, then I was told a couple days later the "lab didn't have enough and would need more" which was fine. What's not, is the fact they charged me twice! They literally charged me for two damn tests when it was their fault they didn't take enough to begin with! That was hundreds of dollars! They didn't even tell me it was going to cost more, just said the lab needed more blood (didn't really give me an option to say no). Screw you unethical, immoral, and corrupt people. I hope your business fails.

I've had very good care at this clinic the NP is awesome.. MinuteClinic will be my first choice instead of the ER at Witham (they are a joke, in my opinion)..My Story, I went to ER Monday morning with very bad coughing, fever, shortness of breath, voimiting. After deaming I was negative for covid..I was sent back home basically saying just a cold.. gave me cough pills. 2 days later I thought I was dying.. coughing so bad my ribs hurt pressure in chest and back..i called my dr office couldn't get in.. so I tried the CVS min clinic here in Lebanon.. got in right away. the NP wanted me go back ER I refused because of the care I got 2 days ago.. she said that's OK I understand, she continued to treatment me with repect and dignity.. she gave me a breathing treatment in office I felt so much relief.. ends up I have mild pneumonia and siuns infection.. she gave me antibiotics..predisone and breathing treatment albuteral.. after just over 24hrs I'm feeling better finally..I actually feel like I can go back to work.. Thank you!! I highly recommend going to this NP she is awesome???

False advertising warning. Hours say 6 pm but last appt is 520pm. No more walk in appts. Staff less than helpful

Went in 15 minutes till closing and they turned me down but the lady as she was switching the open sign says “yeah we are closed and I just got back from lunch”! You close at 1 why are you going on break lol

I have been to this clinic multiple times and I have been impressed with the depth of knowledge and quality of service I received. The service was fast and I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was so happy I got there @6:35 & even though they take last person. at 6:30 she went ahead & saw me. Highly recommend
