I made it very clear we would not be paying for our medication with insurance. Pharmacy ran medication through insurance anyway and insurance required PA. Pharmacy refused to fill medication without PA despite us telling them we are not paying for the medication with insurance. We are now over a week without the medication. PAs ABSOLUTELY harm patients and delay patient care. Shame on you Kroger pharmacy. Will never return.

I would have given you 5 stars until I saw the LBTQ SUPPORT. I don't care what people do but no reason to show support for the cause.

Sophie is the best! She has been so compassionate and kind to me while I’ve been trying to sort out a medication issue. She remembers me and always goes above and beyond!

Watch out for the pharmacy technicians here.. they like to play your doctor for you and obviously don't know anything about HIPPA violations. I'm on a scheduled 1 medication and I always get interrogated by the male technician about how much pills I have left. Didn't know that was his job or concern, pretty sure that's between my doctor and insurance, not a 12.00 a hour technician.

Lebanon is a small town. And going to this kroger has turned into a test of will. The baggers and cart handlers are so rude its unbelievable. My husband and i needed help in the self check out, unfortunately for us we asked a bagger and was told very rudely that it wasnt his job......add that to the disappering bagger when we do regular line. My husband is disabled and the rudeness and poor attitude is simply unacceptable. I will be calling corporate after the holiday...this is not how you treat disabled veterans.

Was given a script for my COVID booster but a man there refused to give me the shot. Why? “It was for special people “was his answer. I went to Walgreens and immediately got my booster shot. My doctor later call Kroger for answers why I was refused. Kroger called me and said come back and get shot. Disappointed!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... had a pickup for 4-5pm, arrived at 4:45..... it's now 5:20, when arriving I wasn't able to have an actual "spot #" because all 6 were full... yes only six... crazy! I called and asked why the new cars pulling in were getting there order especially if they are 5-6 pickup and not me and the lady on the phone was sooo rude, threw out nothing but excuses "short staff" "lots of cars" "only one person putting out orders" "it's on the computer I can't se

I am a complex customer. I am very particular how I want my meds dispensed, when and which way I pay for them to receive the best price. My dr office is not the easiest to deal with when it comes to communication. This team nails it every time. So happy I switched.

Since my family and I are sick, I got groceries delivered from Kroger in Lebanon Indiana. It was a blessing to us, and we didn't have to risk infecting anyone. There were some substitutions and some items they couldn't fill, but, considering everything, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! This Kroger is always a good experience. Friendly staff, good products and short lines. Thank you!

My prescription was sent in and I waited 30 mins to give them time to fill it, but when i went to pick it up, the crooked toothed, bad breathed, slow as an unconscious snail tech said it would be another 15 to 20 mins. I realize this place is understaffed, but this is ridiculous!
