D-Patrick is a great local place to get my oil change and any other service work. We are a Ford family and it's nice have them in Crawfordsville. Customer service is great.

Staff was great to work with especially Jon Sheets. No pressure to buy and they stayed after normal business hours while we looked around and answered all of our questions.

We recently bought a used Ford Bronco Sport for our daughter and had the pleasure of working with Caleb Hester. Caleb was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Both he and the general manager, Jordan Roe were able to work with us to get the car within our budget so we were able to sign the deal that day! The both stayed after hours to close the deal, but we never felt rushed! The entire experience was amazing. And then to top it off, Caleb wrote our daughter a very sweet personalized note when he dropped off the car. 10/10 in all categories! We highly recommend D-Patrick Ford Lebanon!

Ha d an appointment at 9:00am.
I arrived at 8:55am and checked in.
My truck sat for another 30 minutes before service began for an oil change and tire rotation.
