On July 8, 2024 I found myself in a delicate situation needing a tow for my car. After waiting nearly an hour I called back to my first call which was Zores Wrecker Service to be told "we'll have a driver to you ASAP" 50mins prior, to "we don't have an eta and it'll be over an hour to get to you " with the sound of uncertainty. I called an audible and canceled and contacted Bob's Towing and their number given to me by state police being that I'm a retiree. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and told me that Zores didn't have a flatbed truck in the Zionsville area as they, Bob's tows for them and they never got a call from them to assist me. She said as soon as her driver loads up his ramps to get my car on the truck he should be there in 30mins. I could tell in her voice she knew this was an urgent run after I expressed I was fighting to get to work on time prior to the tire service. Well right around the 25-30min mark, that fluorescent green flatbed tow truck could. E seen at Oak and Ford Rd. Jordin the driver called me on my cell and the rest is history. He used great care in loading my car and delivering it to the Big O tire shop on west 86th Street. He and I had great conversation to the shop and he thanked me for the business and I thanked him for his time and professionalism in handling my car. I really appreciate what Bob's did for me and highly recommend them for any roadside assistance, in particularly getting you off the road to a service needed.

HORRIBLE service. I waited outside for 5 minutes while everyone stared. When I politely let them know I was recommended to come here they lied and gave me fake directions to Menard's.... the lady who seemed polite responded "that's us" meanwhile the younger guy spouted off "NOT US, ITS ACROSS THE STREET" when I responded with "that's Menards" the older gentleman gave me the address to Pomp's, claiming it to be Bobs Towing. When I responded with "wait, that's who sent me" they chuckled and went right back to work.. if you were too busy, or about to close, some honesty would have been understood and appreciated. Not laughing and lying to my face. in DO NOT give these jerks your money. Absolutely horrible service.

They are the nicest people there. I can't remember the girls name but she was SO friendly and sweet. I don't think I've ever met such a helpful nice person. And they did an amazing job getting my car, and cleaning up.

Yesterday, I was alone when I had a flat tire on US 52 in Lafayette. It was 98 degrees that day! I called 8 other towing companies and NONE of them had a driver to help me. Then I called Bob's Towing. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpful! She sent a tow truck right away. The tow driver was courteous and professional. He towed my car to a tire shop in Lebanon. Thank you so much for helping me. I'm a woman stranded alone at the side of the road and you took excellent care of me. Thanks again!!Service: Car towing

Helped us get back to our car dealership after having an emergency on the road. Within 20 minutes of calling, Adam was there helping us out while we had waiting nearly two hours for AAA service. He made our unfortunate afternoon better, helping us understand our car’s issues and getting us into a safe place. Hit a piece of metal on the interstate and blew 2 tires. In the middle of a raging rain/snow/ice storm they were there within 3 minutes, they checked every tire store in town and when we couldn't find two tires that would fit my car they drove to Indy to get some and replaced them themselves. Under horrible conditions they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours after I called them, and apologized for it taking so long. Unbelievable job!

Cheapest hook-up in town, very polite as well, DeVols were almost $200.00 more, plus 5 dollars a mile instead of $4.00
